VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE

Cold maceration, fermentation under controlled temperature in large wooden barrels (tonneaux).

TASTING NOTES

Colour: soft golden yellow, brilliant.

Nose: ripe fruit, peach, apricot, balsamic scents of Mediterranean brush, rosemary, vanilla, liquorice root. Palate: slightly acid, distinct mineral feel, rich, fat, long lingering finish.

SERVING

Serving temperature 12-15 °C.
