VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE
“Presa di spuma” (refermentation) in small sealed tanks.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: pink with light cherry tinges.
Nose: delicate notes of brier rose.
Palate: nice sparkling expression, mellow, velvety with hints of flowers and a finish reminiscent of Marasca.
SERVING
Serving temperature 5-6 °C.
